Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Services during the 12 months preceding the claim.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, submitted to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18 LFN 2004).
